A2i Systems was founded on June 22, 2009.  Our office location is 419 E Crossville Road, Suite 201, Roswell, GA 30075.  The company was started in response to our customers’ needs for a company that gives them full access to integration, with more flexibility, offering personal attention, and providing quicker responses.  A2i Systems is your partner for design, consulting, engineering, installation, maintenance and system integration.

 

A2i Systems is founded on the principal of working openly with our customers and building customer loyalty through successful partnerships based on the commitment of the founders. The company was formed and is managed by Bob Cobak and Kyle Hester, who have a combined 30+ years in the industry. These partners have been involved in more than 800 projects and earned more than $150M in sales in the last 10 years.

Professional Background

 

Bob Cobak is an entrepreneur and engineering professional with over 14 years of experience in the design, supply, project management, and installation of industrial storage systems and related industrial equipment.


Bob started his career with Southern Conveyor Concepts (SCC), a systems integrator based in Atlanta.  He was involved with the design and project management of several large storage systems during this timeframe.  In 1996, Bob left SCC to co-found a new company focused on rack systems, Integrated Storage Solutions (ISS).  He had many years of success, establishing a well earned reputation in the storage systems industry.

 

Starting ISS required efforts across multiple fronts.  Bob was responsible for the design, engineering, sales, project management, and installation of numerous industrial storage systems, as well as company operations.  Bob has designed, engineered and project managed over 600 projects within a 14 year span, valued at approximately $60M.  During this timeframe, Bob developed key, multi-level relationships with numerous customers.


Bob is a co-founder of A2i Systems and is Vice-President of Operations.  Bob is responsible for all operating functions, engineering and project management as it relates to the integration of material handling equipment, engineering and installation services.

Professional Background

 

Kyle Hester is a sales and engineering professional with over 14 years of experience in material handling automation design, sales, and management. Mr. Hester has a unique blend of experience from both the material handling supplier and corporate implementation environments.

 

Kyle began his career working as project engineer for a Buschman conveyor distributor where he completed a variety of conveyor projects from low to medium speed applications.  After working initially in an engineering design focused role, Kyle moved into a sales engineering and business development position with Alvey/Busse.  In 2000 Kyle became a corporate staff engineer for UPS Supply Chain Solutions, where he served as a Facility Engineering Project Manager. While overseeing the design, pricing and implementation of conveyor and automation capital projects, he also conducted feasibility analyses and served as the managing designer and owner’s representative on a large scale Greenfield building project. Kyle returned to material handling in sales for Intelligrated, a new start-up conveyor company at the time and high-speed sortation manufacturer.

 

After a very successful career in business development and account management with Intelligrated, Kyle co-founded A2i Systems and is Vice-President of Sales.  Kyle will be responsible for all sales as it relates to the integration of material handling equipment, engineering and installation services.
